Unwind and restore in this beginner-friendly 60-minute Candlelight YIN class. Designed for all levels, this slow-paced, deeply relaxing practice focuses on long-held, passive poses that gently stretch the body and calm the mind. Surrounded by soft candlelight, you’ll be guided through a series of supported postures, breath awareness, and mindfulness to release tension, improve flexibility, and promote deep relaxation.
