Vinyasa Class
 

Move with breath and intention in this 60-minute all-levels Vinyasa practice guided by the energy of the season.

Foundational postures and fluid sequences build strength, balance, and mobility while inviting you to notice what’s present in your body. Effort and pace subtly shift with seasonal themes; energizing when needed, grounding when helpful, softening when restoration calls.

Class transitions into calming Yin shapes to release tension and settle the nervous system before closing.


Who is this for?
Open to all levels. Whether you’re new or experienced, you’ll be guided to adapt the practice to meet your body where it is.

Strength and steady mobility
Breath-led movement and awareness
Improved regulation and focus

Unwind in this slow, beginner-friendly 60-minute Yin practice guided by the energy of the season. Surrounded by soft candlelight, you’ll settle into supported, long-held shapes that gently open the body and calm the nervous system.

This is a space to notice sensation, soften tension, and restore balance through breath and stillness.

Anyone craving stress relief, flexibility, or a quiet reset. No experience needed — just a willingness to slow down.

Deep relaxation and release
